Battle Timer bug

Playing on Dutch server, on Windows version.

Everytime my turn starts, my turn starts with 2.50 seconds remaining, giving me just enough "time" to draw a card and pass the turn. This makes it literally unplayable. Are there any settings I'm missing?

Never had this on mobile version. Thank you in advance!
