Game crashes on Moto e22

I have the game on my Moto g8 and it works fine. But I installed it on my boyfriend's Moto e22 and everytime it reaches the loading screen, it crashes half way through loading. Already tried reinstalling, doesn't fix.

I had a similar issue and it was tied to my old phone’s RAM (4GBs over my new phone’s 6GBs) but since both phones have the amount of GB it’s probably a GPU issue, your G8 has the more-recent Adreno 610 GPU chip whilst your BF’s e22 has the 9-year old PowerVR GE8320 GPU chip.
