Technical requirements on network

After recent update, the game works only when I use mbile data but I prefer using home wifi. it used to work both on my laptop and ipad. but now I can play only with ipad connected mobile data.

I tried multiple devices with wifi but did not work...(I can watch youtube and other activities without any issues) I wonder if there are any requirements on network specifically on this game? I spent whole day to figure out that only mobile data works for me. I wanted to spend time playing the game instead.

Loading always stop at 9/39. what kind of processes happening between 9/39 and 10/39? what kind of changes I need to make it work? Please help to solve the issue..

Could it be that the game isn't playing well with the router/modem's firewall? It's a bit of a crazy thought but it's the best one I could think of.
