Cosmoem is tied with Celesteela as the heaviest Pokémon in the Pokédex, at 2204.4 lbs (999.9 kg), closely followed by Primal Groudon, at 2204.0 lbs (999.7 kg). Meanwhile, Solgaleo is 507.1 lbs (230.0 kg), and Lunala is only 264.6 lbs (120.0 kg), making it lighter than Mewtwo, who's 269.0 lbs (122.0 kg).

The ones i know are nincada to shedninja, gloom to bellossom, and i think porygon to porygon2. Not sure on the last one. Am i correct? are there anymore?
