Take classic cute Pokemon, Espurr, Squirtle, Purrloin. Ya. They're cute.
Now make them dripped out AF. Super balling all sick and stuff. That is Cinccino. Cute Pokemon that's also just a dapper chill guy all around.

I love Cinccino too if my mind is blank when thinking of favorite normal types I'd default to Cinccino, but not to mention bud, you used an acronym that contains a swear, should I be concerned?
