Desynced? Disconnected? Opponent timer goes down to 0:00 then nothing happens

I just played a game where I waited for the timer to run all the way down while my opponent was selecting a card from their deck (they drew a nest ball). Why didn't the turn timer kick in and why didn't anything happen when their timer ran out?

I tried googling and apparently a few other people have ran into this issue in the past. Hope this'll be fixed soon.

I'm on a Windows computer, by the way.

P.S. Can I report/block people? My opponent spammed emotes at me and it was really annoying.
