Game froze on my win attack

Long battle on rank ended not with my win but with a loss in points when I opened a second window. The screen shows my energy cards selected for the attack's discard mechanic, ending the match after the attack and giving me the win. My ladder points went from 350 to 340, meaning the service stole my win and rewards. Is there any compensation for their service being so dull?

From there click "Contact Us". Please provide any detail you can, such as card expansion and number, to help the support team investigate the issue.
