One benched pokemon stuck under the active pokemon

I was playing a match and used a switch to swap pokemon. The UI lagged a bit and my Meloetta moved in like requested, but so did a Genesect V. Notice in the below picture that I cannot play Meloetta, this is because I have six pokemon, just two of them are stashed in the active slot.

Also worth noting, there is no energy on the Genesect V in the picture above, that energy is on the misplaced Meloetta. Later attempts to escape rope or switch the Meloetta in would fail to highlight the misplaced Meloetta as an eligible target.
