Currently unable to log on (username or password incorrect message)

Have not been able to log in after game servers just came back up at 12pdt. Same saved login info stopped working even though it worked on all Pokémon websites. Even attempted a password change and still cannot log in with new password. Anyone else experiencing?

This problem can have many reasons to occur and because of that, I recommend for this instance you open a ticket with the support team. Please go to https://support.pokemon.com/ and then click the Pokémon Trading Card Game Live link. From there click "Contact Us". To make the process more simple, when contacting the support team, please send any screenshot or steps you have done prior to this error on your ticket.
