Data transfer and login

in Pokémon TCG LIVE Bugs & Feedback #1

I played ptcgo before, I have pokemon trainer acc but I cannot login with same acc into pokemon tcg live (I know username and password, if I do not I could not login here). Tried to create a new acc with same username but it says that it exist already (no kidding, which means that it recognize my username and it has it in database so I am not sure what's the problem). Please help me, I want to login and play new game while I want to transfer all cards from "old acc" in ptcgo.

    Just reset your password...


    EDIT: Misread. Uninstall your game and reinstall it as admin.

    Ok uninstalled it nut how can you install it again as Admin on phone?

    Ah, usually this issue only happens on PC... Just reinstall normally then. What happens when you try to log in?

    On PC it works fine but not on phone.

    It say that username or password is incorrect, it is weird/wrong because I use SAME password and username for PC version. Even checked with "eye" to see if I misspelled password but I didn't.

    Reinstalled it and still same problem.
