Pokémon Champions: Improve the battle timer tiebreaker

I would like to suggest changing how battles are decided when the timer runs out.

Currently, battles can end in a draw even when there is a significant difference in the number of remaining Pokémon between players.

For example, I recently played a battle where all four of my Pokémon were still standing, while my opponent had only two remaining. The timer ran out before either of us lost a Pokémon, resulting in a draw despite the considerable advantage I had established.

I propose the following tiebreaker system:

  1. The player with fewer remaining Pokémon loses.
  2. If both players have the same number of Pokémon remaining, compare their combined remaining HP as a percentage of their maximum HP.
  3. If both conditions are equal, the battle ends in a draw.

I believe this would reward players for making meaningful progress during battles and prevent situations where a player can effectively lose the battle but still receive a draw simply because time expired.

This would also make defensive strategies more rewarding without allowing them to exploit the timer.
