Your Romantic Partner vs Your Pokemon Partner: Which do you save?
(To anyone who is single just picture your dream person for your romantic partner. Aromantics won't struggle with this but the alloromantics will! Also, your Pokemon is the only one in existence. You cannot breed or replicate it and you can't replace it. You get rid of it there's no way to undo it. And no it can't save itself. There is no saving. No deceiving. No winning. You can't escape, run, plot, scheme, or plan an alternative. You must choose and can't manipulate the situation in any way.)
You, your significant other, and your favorite Pokemon live together happily
You guys are walking down an empty street one night when suddenly y'all are sucked into a random unexpected void
The three of you are spit out into a different world, where a giant entity stands before you with a cruel smirk
It pull you forward and forces you into a decision
You must choose between your partner Pokemon or your lover to give to it, not to be kept, but to be literally wiped out of existence with no return
However, you could offer up someone else you love
You can't choose who gets it, but you can save the other two by letting this being have a different person in your life
But that's a huge risk that it could take one of the people you love the most on this planet…
Now, you could be heroic and offer up yourself, sparing your romantic partner and Pokemon but losing your own existence
However, if you can't make a decision in three minutes, all three of you are deleted
So…

I can't choose my lover
She means too much to me…
I'd die without her
I CAN'T DO CHAR EITHER!!!
I couldn't live without him either!
If I were to be taken out it would have a huge impact on everyone I love, so it can't be me…
But then the last one is a gamble
I could lose someone I love that I'm really close to
Or it could be someone I love but won't actually be effected by losing…
It's tough
But…
I am a gambler…

I may change my mind and go with partner specifically if it's Chikorita but I would never choose it as a partner.

Also, what is the point in it being our favorite Pokémon? Your partner should be a Pokémon that you have a bond with and not just your favorite Pokémon.
