I first would look for my gengar art. (Would it still exist somewhere?) Then I would approve it. Then I would suggest that mods ACTUALLY control it. Then I would add pfp upto Paldea. Then I would leave that day and only come back tommorow.

I would make the website run far better and add QoL all over the place, add gen 3 (and all of our favorite mons as a bonus) profile pictures, unban Thur despite I never knew him, make it so 4 stars also don't have to go through approval, add more categories (ie PLZA, PLA, Champions) and
steal TPC's game budget and use it to buff Falinks in Unite and make mega Flygon2 -
gen three profile pics may finally happen!!!!

IDK if mods have THAT much power beyond the approval/disapproval of threads/comments, followup on report flags, editing comments when certain things happen and answering help and feedback threads (which is usually just a link to the appropriate ticket submission for that specific game since they have different developers).
After all, I believe their jobs are to Moderate us and the content here (thus the titles of Mod).
However, it is nice to dream they are all-powerful, isn't it?

Here's the thing
I would actually change the approval system
Seriously, it doesn't do anything right now
Just give newbies a hard time
I would make it to where there's actual trigger words, that will then send it to a group of real people, who will then decide if it goes against Forums policies or not
If not, it will be sent back to the user's drafts along with a message explaining what was wrong
It it"s safe, though, instant post
This will take less than a minute to happen and keeps the place safe for everyone
And level won't matter
I would remove flags but keep reports and any user with flags will have them all removed and the effect will be reversed (you'll gain back all the points)
I'll make wall spam block only 30 seconds like it's supposed to be instead of the dramatically long minute
I will add each Gen's profile pics, as well as regional variants, Megas, G-Max, alternate forms, Legendaries, Mythicals, and Unite pics with new ones (all in the tab format suggested by @TheJeffers)
I will as 6th star at 10,000 and 7th at 25,000
I'll unban Thur (cuz I miss him and don't think he did anything wrong)
I'll promote a hand select few to be mini-mods, still having the freedom of a user but also having direct contact to the system
And then I will leak viral information for you guys once I have no more power
