OMG GUYS I NEED HELP!!!!!!!
i just took a math test and scored a four OUT OF TEN! and there was only six of us in math class (two are my friends) and i was the one with the highest score but thats bad!!!! what should i do now how am i going to pass the next test if i cant pass this one!

What categories of Math did you takes and which ones did you fail in?
By figuring out what you already know and what you struggle in we can determine what you need to study more
For example, I love algebra and I'm pretty good at it but I'm awful at geometry
Knowing this, I know if I'm gonna take a Math test I need to focus more on studying geometry than algebra
Just gotta figure out what you do and don't know to improve

I consider myself solid at math but you gotta tell me the material first before I do anything..

My best advice would be to review which sections went wrong and which ones didn't, and use the 70/30 method next time which is that 30% of the work = 70% of the results. Obviously this isn't a mathematical rule and you shouldn't take it word-for-word, but don't spend too much time studying if you're upset or tired. It's okay to take a break.
Since you scored 4/10, that shows that you understood a fair bit of the material, assuming none of the correct answers were guesses. This means that you should dedicate the vast majority of your study time to the stuff that went wrong, and review the stuff you already knew at the end of your session in a quiz-style format.
Ask yourself, "What went wrong, and how did my studying/prep affect that?"
Also, if 4/10 was the highest grade on the test, what does that tell you? That test was clearly hard, and not just for you, so don't beat yourself up over it. Obviously, as you said, that doesn't justify the score, but it is one thing in your favor.
I'm not saying for you to study 70% less than before but if you're staying up all night, and you feel like you're not getting anything done, then you aren't getting anything done.
If you find yourself staying up at night to study, don't stay up more than an hour or two past your normal sleep schedule because sleep is more important than study at night; if you're tired, you stress out more easily and forget the material.

Do all the practice questions.
If the questions you got wrong were on things you already did then go back and do equations until the problems are easy to answer. Because sometimes giving yourself more time to do a difficult question is what helps.

There are a few different options that depend on the material and your personal preferences. You could watch videos online, do practice problems, or review your notes. The best thing to do is probably to ask your teacher for advice since they know more about the curriculum than I do.
