I haven't played this game and may never have it (I don't have a Switch), so in my mind, this is like me living vicariously through @Lonestar85's walkthrough/play through. Thanks, Lonestar!

No problem. Switch 2's are the cheapest console now since PS6 and w/e XBOX comes up with are going to be way more than what a Switch 2 will be. Even the new Steam Deck is like $1k so at $500, Switch 2 is a bargain (can't believe I'm saying that but 🤷🙅). If you get one, you can experience Gen 8, Gen 9 and upcoming Gen 10(Gen 4 with BDSP and Gen 3 with FRLG too if you feel like it).

@Hades0918 forgot to ask but does FRLG have Fairy type by chance or is it a carbon copy of the Gen 3 game with virtually no changes?

It doesn't. The only changes are event items being there.

Ah figures. Good thing I didn't fall for their $20 cash grab. Even worse than BDSP since at least that gave us Fairy Types. No Sylveon unfortunately but at least we got Fairy Types.

    Part 8 coming soon.

The reason why is because those were full remakes, where this is purely a rerelease.

It's an exact copy of the game on Switch

Entry#8&9: Eldin Volcano + Hebra Mountain

I decided to merge the next two parts together because they're reasonably short but also to illustrate an inconsistency that exists in the game. For those who've played BotW/TotK, you'll know exactly where I'm coming from.

Anyways, to get to Eldin Volcano require warping to Kakariko Village and heading North up the Mountain path. Eventually we reach our first Cave where we encounter Beetles and their mounds. Clear them with a Pea Hat and grab the Rocktato Chest at the end. Rocktato are used for climbing smoothies but if you have the Climbing Band from Kakariko Shop, there's really no need for them.

Upon exiting, I continue heading West where I run into a Lizalfos Monster Camp. The reward is 3 Might Crystals. I tag the waypoint but before continuing I jump down on the left where there is a cracked wall. Blowing it up and going inside has a chest with the Fairy Flower accessory that increases the chance of spawning Fairies. Not like you need this when the Great Fairy always has them if you need to restock.

Anyways, I warp back to the last waypoint and continue the trek upward. Eventually I come to another cave where inside we encounter Ghirro or a flying monster that we can use to glide over obstacles. Getting acquainted with this Echo is essential for a couple Side Quests in Goron City.

Upon exiting on the other side, there's more climbing where we will encounter Torch Slugs. These things leave behind Fire so it's best to avoid it as best as you can. At the top, turn right and activate the waypoint for Goron City. Now having made the climb, we can quickly return here in the future. Nearby the waypoint is a Smoothie shop to the left while our first Stamp is to our right. One nice feature of Goron City are the various Hot Baths you can go into. Nothing x-rated here but simply walking into and staying in the hot water restores Hearts over time. Tri even relaxes on Zelda's head when you do.

Anyways, now that we're here there's a few collectibles to get. Firstly there's a chest with two Might Crystals that you can get by jumping off the right side. Summon a Ghiro and then glide over to the 2nd Stamp. From there you'll see a ledge with a rock. Glide to it and acquire the Might Crystal hiding under it. Warp back to Goron City.

Next are three Side Quests, two of which involves Gliding, hence why I said to get acquainted with the Ghirro Echo. Talk to the little Goron to start. The reward for completing the first course is 10 Rock Salt(ingredients) while the reward for the 2nd course is 2 Might Crystals.

The third Side Quest requires going inside the main Building. There's two floors. In the back on 1st floor are the merchants where you can buy potions and various Goron ingredients(Salt + Rocktato). The upper floor is where we want to go or the right door to Basa. He's a Fireworks person who needs Blast powder that is located by a main story area. Normally this quest would be unavailable until after you beat the Eldin Dungeon but since the Rift hasn't appeared yet, it's available.

Anyways I opted to take the scenic route by collecting Echoes. The first one is Tweelus or Rock golems that sometimes yield Rocktato. Next are Fire Octoroks and Zirro. Zirro lob bombs so they're annoying. Next is a Lava Rock that you can get by walking to north edge of the lava lake. Lava Rock are basically rocks you can step on safely so are rather important. I then climb the lava mountain to the right to find a Fire Wizzrobe. Using Beamos to take it down, I then go to the right side of the caldera and drop down to find a chest with a Golden Egg on the ledge below.

I then travel west to reach my next waypoint. This waypoint leads to a main story objective later in the game but there's no point in going inside the structure nearby because a Goron blocks the path. No Fire Keese yet 😭. Anyways I use a Flying Tile to snag the Heart Piece in the middle of the Lava Lake and return to the waypoint.

I then take a Platboom up to the next Heart Piece that should be visible from the waypoint. Head north and climb the Mountain to grab the 3rd Eldin Stamp. Then head to the NW corner to find a chest with a Might Crystal guarded by a level 2 Lizalfos. They're heat resistant so watch it around hot ground. Head down and tag the waypoint by the cave entrance. This Cave is another main story destination and one we can enter. Inside are Rock Roast, which we can use to tame/occupy Tweelus. There's also a Rocktato Chest inside to claim too.

Once outside grab the Blast powder on the left but before returning, I head south to grab the last Stamp in the middle of a small lava lake. Upon returning to Basa, he rewards you with 50 rupees and the Firework echo. This Echo is needed for Dampé later in the game, hence why it's nice finishing it now rather than later.

With Eldin done, Hebra Mountain is next. Before the climb I recommend making 2 Warming Potions or Warm Pepper + Monster Fang. I warp to Eternal Forest waypoint and head north to a caved in entrance. A Bomb fish clears the debris and I make the climb. The climb requires using Strandtula and Bomb Fish but once outside we tag the waypoint that we will be using again later in the game.

Our first new enemy are Snowmaul or snowmen. Sword Moblin make short work of them and I grab the first Hebra Stamp on the cliff edge. After walking east just a bit, a Blizzard spawns on the map. This forces you to spawn a heat source such as the Brazier and bind it to take it with you as you walk to keep you warm. The alternative is Warming Potions that give you 5 minutes of protection. Yet it's at this point that I have a problem with Echoes of Wisdom. They force you to address the Cold, which on Hebra Mountain is fine but they don't even bother addressing the sheer heat on Eldin Volcano? What gives? I can understand not needing it in the Desert given some players go there first after the first Dungeon and don't have Chili Cactus or a way to stay cool but Eldin Volcano is a clear 🤦🤷🙅

Anyways we head east and turn north where the path splits. We encounter Leevers or annoying enemies from many Zelda titles. These will freeze you so use an Echo that can block while also binding them. Additionally you'll come across Ice Keese so avoid being hit. I first head north and find a cave blocked by Ice. We won't enter the Cave just yet but you'll want to spawn a trampoline and then a Platboom to ride it up to the ledge above the cave. Spawn a Brazier and melt the Ice to get a Might Crystal.

We then head back down and east to an area that has an off-shoot path up to an area that has a Smoothie Shop and a Hot Spring. Standing in it heals you and keeps you warm but the Smoothie shop needs a Twisted Pumpkin to open. Given that enemies can sometimes drop them, you likely will have one by now. You can buy Warning Potions if you need them here since he gives you Chili Peppers as a reward for the Twisted Pumpkin.

SSW of the shop is an elevated area with Wolfos, which if you haven't encountered them yet is the place to get them. At the SW part of this area is a rock. Lift it to get a Might Crystal.

We then proceed East where we come to a Bridge that has been cut. Head north to find another way across. At the Northwest edge, you'll see a ledge with a chest. Get up there to get 11 Monster Guts(ingredients). Guts are used in certain Potions and are stronger than Monster Fangs that can yield you a better Warming Potion but also a Chilling Potion that makes you Fire proof(not to lava but you won't burst into flame when walking onto hot ground).

Anyways on the other side you'll find another waypoint. This takes you to a Hut that is owned by Condé. You won't see Condé until later in the game and therefore progress upward is blocked. However by the snowed in Cave is a ledge where you can melt ice for a Might Crystal and hop over the trees to the next Stamp location. Then head east where you'll run into a difficult Monster Camp with level 2 Moblins. Some of them you have to free from their Ice Prisons with a Brazier but once defeated results in 10 pieces of Radiant Butter. We then head NE to find a path blocked by Ice. Melt it and enter the cave at the end. Inside is a level 3 Sword Moblin. I love this Echo but we can't use it yet because Tri isn't strong enough. Once defeated you get the Energy Belt that functions like the Energy Glove and both stack together.

I then backtrack to that cave I left near the beginning and melt the Ice to enter. Inside we get the Ice Block Echo and a Golden Egg chest. With that done, we're now ready to finish Jabul Waters and Gerudo Sanctum on the next part. Buy one Dungeon, Get one Free. Below is the max possible before completing a 2nd Dungeon. Kind of crazy if you think about it.

    Campaign Progress:

    Might Crystals: 82/150

    Heart Pieces: 26/40

    Stamps: 24/25

    Echoes: 101/127

Trying to think of what I have left. Level 1 Mothula, Poe, 4 Statues, Water Block, level 2 Tekites, Fire Keese, Cloud, Level 2 Darknut, Ball and Chain, Ball that blows air(forget the name Sue me), White Wolfos, Freezard, Moa, Ice Wizzrobe, Ice Octorok, Lynel and a few others. Automotons I think count but I could be wrong. Anyways, next part coming soon.

Entry#10: Gerudo Sanctum + Jabul Waters Dungeons

Rather than bore you with an endless block of text, here's a couple videos on the two Dungeons. Unlike the player above, I have way more options thanks to visiting other areas and I have way more Life from doing so. I also know where to go and what to do so it takes me a fraction of the time. You can do these Dungeons in any order so I opt to do Gerudo Sanctum first to get the Might Bow and then upgrade it at Lueburry's house.

Gerudo Sanctum is pretty straightforward. Having the Gerudo Sandals is a big plus but not mandatory to complete it. The area with the Boss Key is locked by a door that requires two specific Statues. They're the Elephant and Hawk so once you get both, you can finish the Dungeon. The Boss or Morglyph is a Mole that fights you in two stages. On the first stage he launches Sand at you that you can block with a statue or sturdy Echo or go into Swordfighter form and jump over the attack to slash away. Being aggressive with him pays dividends as I see it but if you play passively he will then try to ram you. If you plop a statue in his path he will get stunned, permitting you to slash away.

The second stage has him take flight and turn the ground into quick sand, hence the sandals come in big here. He'll launch Sand Tornadoes at you before diving into the Sand. Using your new Might Bow and Echoes that can hit air(Beamos for example) are ways to deal damage. Eventually he dives on you from above. If you spawn a statue or Beamos at the location, it'll stun him where you can slash away. Defeating him isn't too hard and you get a Heart Container.

Jabul Waters is also really easy imo. In the Still World you find General Wright so he comes back at the end. Anyways at the beginning of the Dungeon, the floor collapses and you fall to the basement floor where you have a little encounter with the Dungeon Boss Vocavor. He spawns a water tornado that you have to outrun and isn't too difficult with Zora Flippers.

After climbing the way back to the 1st floor, you come to the main room with a switch that activates the water jet. To make it shoot higher, you have to activate the other four switches. Two are on the first floor while the other two are on the 2nd. Each switch isn't too difficult to activate.

As for the Dungeon Boss, Vocavor isn't that hard. His weakness is the Blue jelly or whatever it happens to be on the top of his back. Slashing it or attacking it with water Echoes like Chompfin is the key. Having Zora Flippers and the Zora Scale for more dive time helps a lot. Each time you remove his blue mass on his back will stun him, permitting you to slash away. Then back off and repeat until destroyed.

Wright returns and rushes off to Lueburry(gee who does that remind me of). The last thing I do before going to Lueburry is three things. Firstly there is a new side quest in Zora Cove. A Zora inside the Sea Zora village wants a safe place to store their valuables. An open chest is what they want so bind it and bring it to them.

The next thing is grabbing a Heart Piece and a chest with 3 Might Crystals that was blocked by the rift. Heart Piece is right by the Den while the chest is by a Monster Camp to the NE. Camp reward is a Golden Egg so worth it.

Finally I complete three new Slumber Dojo challenges in Kakariko. First one is a river challenge where the flippers help. Bind + Might Bow are keys to success. Next challenge is really easy. Bind and drop the enemies into the pit. Final challenge is a Boss rush or facing all three Dungeon bosses back to back. Any smoothies you use are retuned to you so it's encouraged. That's 5 challenges but after the fourth challenge, you get the first Mastery accessory. When equipped it slows the energy loss while in Swordfighter mode.

I stop here in preparation for the 4th Dungeon.

    Campaign Progress:

    Might Crystals: 95/150

    Heart Pieces: 27/40

    Stamps: 24/25

    Echoes: 108/127

Entry#11: Hyrule Castle + Caesar Side Quest Salad

Hyrule Castle may be my favorite Dungeon of the seven I'll do in this game. The reason why is you get the Frog Ring Accessory or one that permits higher jumping, which is a huge upgrade as now you don't need Trampolines to get on top of Platbooms.

The Dungeon Boss in Ganon is arguably the hardest of the seven because he has the most HP and deals a lot of damage with his Spear attacks. The boss battle is in 4 stages too, demonstrating just how much stamina this Boss has. Only one that feels like it comes close is the Eldin Volcano boss but that might just be because it loves to run away and that I have to use basic Bombs to deal any meaningful damage from distance(and the darn thing is immune while flying unlike in OoT... At least it feels that way. No Arrow I shoot at em has worked for me so far but I'm getting ahead of myself).

Anyways, once Ganon falls, the rest of the map opens up as new Rifts appear on Eldin, Hebra and Faron respectively. We start this next part in our room so we grab our Bed Echo as the final Bed upgrade. Heals two Hearts and the rate at which is done can be increased by an outfit that we will be getting in this long part since in addition to new rifts, we got more minor rifts and side quests in the areas we have already been to in Suthorn, Jabul, Gerudo and even Hyrule Field(the latter of which is not readily apparent but will be).

After meeting with the King, we talk to Impa to start our first Side Quest where we get our Mare, aka our Horse from Hyrule Ranch. We will be holding off on getting it for now in lieu of other tasks. The first thing we do is travel back to Lueburry because all the hard work I've put in so far will enable me to upgrade the Sword, Bow and Energy Gauge to their max.

With that out of the way, we handle the nearby Minor Rift by rescuing Tri's friends like in any minor rift. Simple no? Reward is Tri reaching level 6 for a 5th Triangle or enough to summon the strongest Echoes in the game: Sword Moblin level 3 and Lizalfos level 3(Darknut too but I prefer these two along with Beamos).

Next i travel to Kakariko Village where at the NE Windmill, a Cat is sleeping on the patch of dirt. To make it move we spawn Grilled Fish and dig up a sack of Treasure that a local lady is willing to trade a Cat Outfit for. We do the swap because we need it to do two Side Quests. The first one is the Old Man who hasn't seen his Cat. Turns out the Cat is asleep in a Tree east of the town. We awake it by talking to it and return for a modest reward(Grapes). We then visit the Slumber Dojo for Challenge #6 and complete it in under 8 seconds(probably could do it faster but I used a level 3 Moblin to draw fire). Our reward is a special Katana we need for Dampé(who we'll meet soon).

After Kakariko is taken care of, we go to River Zora Village and tackle the Minor Rift along the Eastern part of the map. Short Rift too. Then we go to Seesyde Village and talk to a Cat there who wants to give their owner a treat. The treat in question is a Warm Mixed Special Smoothie that you should have in spades if you've been doing them like I have. Our reward is a Might Crystal.

Next is warping to Zora Cove and talking to Rogma East of the waypoint. Turns out both Chieftains have been sneaking around. To confirm this, you go to River Zora Village and speak with Dradd's assistant Inawa who has no idea where they are. To save yourself time, speak with Tellum on the east side of town who's hiding in the Grass. He tells you to go to Zora Cove or where you saved the Child earlier. There you'll see both Chiefs and both assistants. Turns out it's just a misunderstanding and our reward is the Gold Brooch accessory or the same thing as the Silver Brooch only stronger and stacks with the Silver one.

The next side quest is out in the middle of Zora Cove where you'll find a River Zora in over their flippers. Saving them rewards you with more ingredients(River horses). The final Side Quest is a Mini-Boss fight. The boss is located in the Ship in the SW part of the Cove and you get the quest from a villager in Seesyde. The boss is basically like the Boss in Ocarina of Time. Solution is just to destroy the Biri protecting the Big one to stun it and then slash away. Repeat a 2nd time to destroy it for a Heart Piece and our final Fairy Bottle.

With Jabul clear, we go to Gerudo Desert and tackle the Minor Rift first by warping to the northern waypoint and taking a Platboom up the cliff. With the rift cleared, we warp to the Oasis and do Mango Rush one more time as the Hard Difficulty is available. Successfully getting all 70 nets you a heart Piece. If you aren't able to do so on the first try, the Gerudo outfit you get makes it extremely easy since the larger spin radius with the Frog Ring Accessory makes it a cakewalk. Just watch it around the Bomb flowers.

Next is three side quests in Gerudo Town. The first is from Captain Dohna herself. She tasks you with infiltrating a room. To make it easy go on the roof and dig a hole to drop inside. Open the nearby chest for chilly cacti but use a Strandtula to climb up and wait for the sentry to go away and jump up to the NE corner. Then sneak past the guard and claim the Soft Pajamas. This outfit greatly speeds up the rate at which you heal while resting on Beds. This combined with Zelda Bed Echo can heal you quickly outside of combat.

Next Side Quest comes from Raslett by the artisan shop. She wants you to destroy the Beetle nests in the very cave I noted back during the Gerudo section. Quick and easy to earn a Heart Barrette(which is useless on Hero Mode). The final side quest is a mini-boss fight whose quest giver is a Gerudo guard in the side room inside the Palace. The mini-boss in question is another Lanmola where you fought the 2nd one. This one is a bit harder but will eventually fall for another Heart Piece.

Next we head to Hyrule Ranch and talk to Falfaa(yeah what a name for a daughter lol) and apparently our horse has been swallowed by a rift at the Carrot patch to the North. Walking there on foot triggers a cutscene with Dampé yelling at a Crow. Destroy the Crow to unlock Dampé and his hut, which we will be going to shortly.

En route to the rift, you'll find a stairway that was blocked by a rift earlier in the game. It's the ruins west of Hyrule Castle Town and turns out, it's the very same stairway you would have escaped out of had a rift not appeared at the beginning of the game(which forces you down to Suthorn Beach. We've come full circle). Inside the stairwell is a Might Crystal on the left. I then head to the Carrot Patch and save the Horse. Get a Carrot Echo to summon it anywhere.

I then ride to Hyrule Ranch because Horse Racing is back in action and the theme(which you can enjoy above) is a remix of Ocarina of Time/Majora's Mask. There's three courses. Short Course requires completing in under 17 seconds for 3 Might Crystals. Medium Course requires 20 seconds for a Heart Piece and a Prismatic Music Box(needed for Dampé) and Long Course requires 40 seconds for a Charging Horn accessory(never really use it since Horse Riding is kind of a luxury rather than a necessity).

With that out of the way, we can finally do Dampé, so I warp to his Hut. He has six Automotons. The six require the following: Tekite + Mothula(level 1), Octorok + Firework echo, Zol + Prismatic Music Box, Deku Baba(lvl 2) + Steel Trap, Sword Moblin + Slumber Dojo Katana and Crow + Golden Fan. Once all six Automotons are built, he trades an accessory(Clockwork Bangle) for 3 Monster Stones. The bangle makes winding up the Automotons easier.

With Dampé done, we go to Hyrule Castle Town and talk to the Zol boy again. I show him the mechanical Zol and he gives us a Heart Piece. We then talk to Beecher at the Gate and turns out there's an extra Soldier that is believed to be an Echo. To save time, just go to the western wall and talk to the Soldier there who directs you to the Barracks over missing Equipment. The extra Soldier is by the well with a broken Lance(weapon). Our reward is a Golden Egg.

We then talk to Romi(little girl) who gives us a 4-leaf clover and runs off. Were tasked to give it to the King but before going inside, ride a Platboom to the roof and claim the Might Crystal hiding in plain sight.

After talking to the King, Romi has disappeared out the southern gate. Turns out she's fallen victim to a Rift so take the waypoint nearby and clear the Rift for your early game attire(outfit).

Talk about a ton of side quests. I'm beat... Yawns. Napping in Zelda's Bed until tomorrow. Zzz🙅

    Campaign Progress:

    Might Crystals: 116/150

    Heart Pieces: 32/40

    Stamps: 24/25

    Echoes: 113/127

    Entry#12: Faron Wetlands

Since we have explored Faron already, this saves a ton of time. We start by warping to Scrubton where it triggers a cutscene like before in Gerudo + Jabul, highlighting the enemies and other things. The major rift is located inside Faron Temple to the North but the way inside is blocked. To get inside requires a membership card. The solution to our problem is the rift in the SE corner but since this is a 100% run, I figured we would do two things at once or the optional rift and finding out who would give us a membership card.

The optional rift is at the Heart shaped lake on lower left of the map so we take the waypoint there and mend the rift. Even after saving the Deku, they won't give us the membership card but point to Blossu in the SE corner. We take the waypoint and clear that rift only for us to be thrown in jail. How rude 🙅

In jail, our belongings are seized so we have to escape the hard way. Outside the jail cell is the key so bind it and grab it to open the cell door. There's three paths with the middle blocked. Take the left path and make my way through the sentries, using the boxes and Pots as hiding mechanisms.

Once on the other side, we encounter more Jail cells and a room blocked by Tree shrubs. Bind and remove the center one to open a path and go inside to spot a Heart Piece. To get it grab the Table and place it next to the Bed. On top of the Bed put a Brazier and a Tree. Then place the other Brazier and Tree next to their counterpart but on the ground next to the Bed, creating a little stepping stone that you can climb up to get the Heart Piece.

The next step is to get out but to do so you need the Table in the SW Jail Cell. To get it you need to bind the bed to create a landing spot for you to jump to from the adjacent Cell. Once you get across, bind the table and take it through the Cell door to the right and create another make shift ladder with the nearby Brazier to climb to the ledge to the right. Upon entering the next room, you encounter the Deku that seized your belongings and get them back. Hit the switch to escape down to where you started and take the right path.

In the right path spawn a monster and bind it to you to walk through the area safely. Jump down the well and proceed towards the exit. Be sure to grab the Might Crystal at the end by using a Platboom to overcome the force of the downdraft.

Upon exiting the Clink(Jail), Blossu gives you his Membership Card to enter the Sweet Spot. Once inside, clear the Dark Monsters and enter the Rift.

While inside the rift, we will get a new Echo on the Electric Keese. This guy is key to solving Dungeon puzzles and for fighting the Dungeon Boss. To get to the Dungeon Entrance, you'll encounter a puzzle that is similar to the one that opens the Shadow Temple in Ocarina of Time, only instead of lighting the Torches, extinguish them using a Drippitune.

Now the Boss Key is inside a Plant or Flower that you'll encounter outside the Dungeon. It retreats inside so going in the main entrance you'll see that you can't get by the bars so what to do? Turns out this Temple has multiple Entrances so I recommend fighting outside enemies to the right and climbing the web to the 2nd level and pulling a statue to enter a secret entrance.

Inside here is a room with three switches. Use an Electric Keese to activate them to spawn a Chest with a Small Key. Then head outside, jump down and enter the entrance on the right. The entrance is obscured by Grass so cut it see it clearly. Inside is a little water way with two floors. You're on the upper one but eventually we'll go through the bottom one as well. Grab the chest here for 50 Rupees but exit on the other end to enter a room with moving blocks and three switches. Use the Blocks to get to the upper left side and then use Electric Keese to light the Switches to open the door. Alternatively you can use a Strandtula to climb to the ledge at the top and jump across without having to use the Blocks. Once the switches are lit, the door takes you to a room with the Dungeon Map and a way back into the main room with the Bars. Hit the switch to lower them and enter the locked door at the top of the room.

Inside you'll have a small skirmish with the Plant with the Boss Key. Slash away at its two heads or use Bomb Flowers to stun them first. Watch out for the poison that the flower emits. When both heads are gone, the flower retreats to another room on the lower level.

Head back to the main room and take the upper left door. Inside this room are Beamos and eggs that will hatch into Baby Gohma. Make your way to the other side and down to exit outside. Jump down to the left and take the left ladder down. This is optional since this is the alternative path back to the main room with the bars. While optional, it has a chest along the path containing Warm Peppers(ingredients).

Once at the end, climb to reach the main room and head outside. Go down and climb the Trees at the edge of the cliff. There are two Temple entrances down below so lob Ignizol to burn things down there to clear one path but the one we want to take is in the Water. Dive down and enter it.

When inside, activate the waypoint and head left to find a room with two switches. Use an Armos that will activate when walking by to step on one and time it such that you step on the other one when the Armos hits theirs to unlock both doors and go through the North door. The next room is dark so a smoothie with Radiant Butter effects or a Glowing Potion to give yourself some light radius helps here but I find spawning Ignizol works just as well. Light the Torches in the room to get permanent Light here while watching for floor traps, Deku Baba and other enemies like Hoarders(Z-targeting helps spot them).

Then activate the waypoint and head to the North wall where you'll see a familiar floor pattern noting a secret door. Bind the wall and pull to open a secret path to a Small Key. The door on the right is closed but we will open that door later on if you didn't happen to see this entrance. Take the ladder on upper left corner of the previous room.

This room has two levers. Spawn boulders on the right to raise the one on the left and then hit the switch to get another Small Key inside the chest at the top. The ladder at the top takes us back to the room with the Beamos, hence why I didn't go down it earlier.

Head back to the previous room and go down the locked door with one key. This takes you to an optional room with a Golden Egg chest. Return to the previous room and go outside.

Once outside, go into the last Temple Entrance on the right. This room has two more switches but you have to move the pots and the statues don't move. Spawn an Armos and repeat the process like before. The next room has an Electric Wizzrobe and a Baby Gohma. Use an Echo to destroy the Gohma fast while burning away the web on the ground to make moving around easier. Then use Beamos to help KO the Wizzrobe to open the doors.

The next room is Dark and just like before, use Ignizol to light the Torches for permanent light, being sure to avoid enemies like before. Baby Gohma inhabit this room. Once lit head down the ladder at the lower left of the room.

The next room is a water puzzle. The key is to bind the Statue and use the Water current to push it out of the way. There's a chest in the upper left that contains 50 Rupees. Then climb the ladder on the middle to enter another dark room with more Baby Gohma and 3 light switches. Light the torches for permanent light and then light the switches with Electric Keese. This opens both doors. One on the right leads to the previous Dark room while the one on the left is where we want to go.

This room has two levers that we have to balance that an Armos on one can hit the switch at the same time we do on the other. Use boulders and the rocks to get the weight just right. Doing so unlocks all doors. The one on the left takes us to the hidden room from before with the small key while the other door takes us to the floor with the Boss door. Go down and activate waypoint by the Boss Door and then return all the way to the 2nd Dark room and climb the ladder at the top of the room. This will take you to the path that is below the water way we used to enter the Temple at the beginning. Make your way to the other side and use the small key to open the path downward. Activate the waypoint and head inside for Round 2.

The Flower will spawn 4 heads, two of which can only be stunned by Bomb Fish. Once stunned, slash and destroy them. Once all are defeated, obtain the Boss Key and warp to the Boss Door for the Boss Fight.

The Boss of the Dungeon is Gohma, a familiar enemy from previous Zelda Titles. Gohma has three Electric switches on its feet. Activating all three stubs the Spider to slash away at its Eye. Additionally, you can shoot an Arrow directly into its Eye when it's open to stun it. Gohma opens its eye to use a laser so when it does, use the opportunity.

Gohma starts the battle by lobbing webs onto the ground and spawning Baby Gohma. Burn the webs and destroy the eggs before they hatch. It'll then try to attack you with its laser eye so use an Arrow to stun it and attack it.

It will then try to attack you so dodge and use Electric Keese to activate its switches to stun it and slash away some more. It'll then repeat the web + Gohma routine so repeat the same tactics. Eventually you'll destroy the beast for a Heart Container and Farore's Blessing. Farore is the Goddess of Courage and I figured I'd do her first because Faron has some good side quests that unlock after Temple Completion.

The first is right by the Smoothie shop. They want Electro Apples and our reward is Monster Stones. Quick and simple.

Next is a game of Hide and Seek. A Deku will hide at four locations: Smoothie shop, 4 stone statues at the top of the map(which we passed by when first doing Faron), the Heart Lake in lower left and Blossu's house in lower right. Once we find them at all four locations we get the Fairy Bottle accessory that works just like the Fairy Flower.

Next side quest is to kill Mothula. Our quest giver is a Deku buried in the ground so bind them and yank them to get the quest. Location is where we encounter the level 2 Mothula. Once Mothula are destroyed, return for a Might Crystal.

The final side quest is a mini-boss fight. Talk to the Deku in search for Cotton Candy. Then travel to waypoint in lower right and make your way into the Ruins entrance we opened from awhile back. Instead of a bunch of rocks inside, it has been cleared away so venture forward for another battle with Smog. Like before use Boulders to direct his pieces back together and use Beamos and your Bow to defeat him for another Heart Piece and an upgrade to our Ancient Charm accessory.

I finish this entry by warping to Kakariko and doing another Slumber Dojo challenge. One of the rewards is Monster Guts that when combined with what we got on Hebra should enable you to finish all 70 Smoothie recipes.Wipes brow. Long one isn't it?
