You're conquering the Pokémon world. Where do you start?
Be strategic with this
Start with the wrong region and your world domination can be ended before it begins
Which of these would be the easiest target?
Which would put up almost no fight
Or would be easy to beat in a fight
Or maybe easy to manipulate the people into letting you have the power
Don't only think about which would be easiest
Which would be the best place for you?
Think about the weather, the Pokémon, and what happens in this region
Do you want to put up with some of the stuff that's going on right now?
It all needs to be put into consideration

Paldea
Kanto has some strong children that can beat the mafia and the most powerful Pokémon I hear
That will probably be my third stop
Johto has the same thing as Kanto but a bit different
Probably where I go second
Now, Hoenn seems pretty easy in terms of people
However I don't want to deal with Groudon and Kyogre yet, especially if Rayquaza jumps into the mix
Then the Deoxys drama and Regis...
Yeah, the Pokémon will make it hard for me
Might want to be a bit stronger before taking on this one, so maybe fifth region I take over
Sinnoh is home to Cynthia
That's all I have to say
Number nine on my list
Gotta be at my best to take down this place
Unova I don't know much about
But Iris seems tough!
And Kyureum is kinda intimidating...
Then you have N, the literal King of an evil organization
I'm not going there yet

Kalos would be easy if it weren't for everyone using Megas

Professor Kukui (Masked Royale), the Tapus, and Ultra Beasts already sound tough...
But then, I hear that that child that beat the mafia and Mewtwo is now an adult here, using Mega Evolution and devoted his life to battling
And his best friend/rival is there too!?
You know, the one that took over the eighth Gym for a while...

Plus, I'd die out in that sun
Alola is eighth
Galar honestly wouldn't seem to be too bad...
But then I remember two kids have the ancient protectors of the region in their pocket, one of them even having the destroyer of the region
The one with Eternataus ALSO has Urshifu, Calayrex and its horse, and FOREIGN Legendaries
The ex-Champion that was once considered the most powerful also lives there, still holding a high amount of power
...
I will be waiting to take these guys on and put them as seventh
Now for the place I chose to begin my conquering
Paldea
While I do hate how hot it will be, this honestly the best choice
I see literally nothing to feel threatened by from this region
It'll be easy and a good way to build strength for the rest of my journey

Johto
Kanto has Red and Blue and some somewhat strong trainers. Johto is a good option but it's right next to Kanto. Hoenn seems like a good option but it has scary Legendaries and some strong trainers. Sinnoh is the absolute worst option due to Cynthia and literal Arceus and the Legendaries. Unova has too many strong trainers. Kalos would be a good option if it weren't for the Legendaries there instantly making it one of the worst choices. Alola has quite a few strong trainers. Galar has Leon and the dogs. Paldea has Nemona and a few other strong trainers.
First, I'd gather allies and spies around the earth and make sure they're strong and that no word of what's happening is leaked. I'd wait for Red and Blue to go on vacation, then take over Johto, then Kanto, and attempt to control any Legendary I can find to make conquering regions with stronger Legendaries easier. Before I'm noticed, I'd make sure no mail or messages or calls can be sent out, and I'd try to find a way to make sure no one gets suspicious of what's happening, and I'd be using as much time as I have to train so I could handle stronger trainers. After that, I'd have to head to Hoenn, as conquering regions far apart too early could be risky. If no one has Rayquaza, I'd destroy Sky Pillar, in a way that seems like a natural disaster if possible, but if it's not possible, it's not a big deal. If someone has it, I'd try to defeat the person in a human battle instead of trying to fight Rayquaza. If someone has Groudon and Kyogre, I'd rather fight the person, but if I have a Johto or Kanto Legendary, I might fight them in a Pokémon battle. After that, I'd leave the most trustworthy and strong Johto/Kanto/Hoenn trainers on my side in that area, with the strongest being near Sinnoh, and make a strategy to keep Cynthia away (inciting chaos in Sinnoh, in a way no one would be able to tell I caused it, should probably be effective). After this point, trainers would stop being a threat, or at least become smaller ones. I'd leave to get Alola first, then Unova. After those, I'd go to Paldea, then Galar. Once I've collected enough Legendaries, I'd head to Kalos, and defeat Xerneas/Yveltal/Zygarde, the 2nd biggest threats, only less dangerous than the Sinnoh Legendaries/Mythicals. I'd then, finally, head to Sinnoh.
My strategy for gathering people and conquering would probably involve sneakily pushing lots of propaganda to get more people strongly against the league/champions of the region to make them take my side, and lots of lies. I probably wouldn't do this if I was in the Pokémon world, though.

Alola
alola is isolated and only recently has a gathering place of strong trainers with the recent creation of the league so there is not much unity within the strong trainers, also their island challenges are lead by kids instead of gym leaders, not to say that their box art legendaries are mostly absent to the region and are usually travelling through ultra space. they are also plagued with another problem that they need to focus on rather than me with that being the invasion of ultra beast which i could probably lend myself a solution to solve, its also based off a region that is secluded enough from other regions that they couldn't come in and help them quickly since the closest region would be unova based on real world locations which is a 4 hour flight and since we have TSA and there is definetely regelation and guidlines to pokemon on planes (like only certain ones you can bring on planes for obvious reasons for the safety of the guest) they would have to take some other form of transportation which would give a few days of time to start the takeover, i guess it would also be decently close to the japan based regions which would still be a long while to get over there
