If the Forums was a place we have to go to in person...
I would probably be extremely closed off from the majority of y'all, stand awkwardly in the corner, and look honestly kind of creepy until I've been there for about a week
After that I'd choose a few select people to chat with (UZ, Cal, PM, and D are definitely some of the people I would choose) but I would be a lot less casual and sound much more professional and reserved
But then after a few weeks of warming up to them I'd probably relax and begin sounding a bit more like I do here with randomness and rambling
Then I'd probably get too comfortable around y'all and sound exactly like I do here, being incredibly annoying and still awkward but in a more confident way
That's if the internet version doesn't exist and so that's the place I meet y'all
If the one I'm typing on right now does exist and we decided "let's make it a real place!" then it would be the same thing as above but all that in one day since I already feel a certain level of comfort around y'all
But how do you guys think a real-life forums would be like?

Well, I probably wouldn't really talk much the first week or two.
I am very socially awkward irl.
I bet everyone would just um… be standing in a corner in the room not making eye contact. (Or would that just be me and Hades standing in corners..?)
POSSIBLY after a couple weeks I might start talking a bit.. It might be longer tho. Ya know?
I guess eventually I'd warm up but it might take a few weeks.

Reminds me of Frieren, only instead of socially awkward people, it's the "emphatic" ones you have to watch out for.
But yeah I'd be reserved at first but slowly open up. No different than a convention if you think about it.

I would be just as socially awkward as everyone else at the start, but once I’ve warmed up I’d be a little… nutsy. I’d make an unhinged joke about once an hour and ragebait people by existing. But I would still be fairly kind, just in my own way.
I would kinda like the forums to be an IRL place, but time zones and travel will stop it happening

Considering everyone else says they were being socially awkward at first, I might never have opened up. I can never be the one to start conversations or interactions. I'm not shy, I just can't start things. So someone would have to come to me first (who would probably either look like an idiot pacing or terrifying, half-glaring from a bench with one eye covered by hair like an edgy anime guy). I look much different than my Pichu avatar irl
