Look at gameplay videos of sword and shield
Then look at gameplay videos of like tears of the kingdom,
Pokemon would probably look like tears of the kindom if it was fully made by Nintendo

If Nintendo owned Pokemon, you'd be getting more BDSP given that Links Awakening and Echoes of Wisdom were made in that format. Thing is both of those games were actually really good so I'm not sure I'd be unhappy with that graphics but more with the story and other factors. My beef with BDSP is the roster of Pokemon available on a playthrough(Eevee being my biggest one and the lack of Sylveon) and no Return TM that really hurts Normal types(if it's a faithful remake, why isn't the Return TM available?).
BotW and TotK are massive games, lack traditional Dungeons(only one that felt like one was the Fire Temple in TotK and I might be generous with that) and literally take marathons to 100% it(traditional Zelda takes a fraction of that). 900 Korok Seeds for a pile of poop is not something I'd call rewarding, more like torture. To 100%, might take you 100+ hours. Ocarina of Time can be 100% in like 5-6. That's my point.

I guess I dont play any of these games so I should probibly not input my opinion.

At this point, I don't think the community deserves those type of games. Why? Because it would be bashed for being different, among other arbitrary reasons. That is exactly what happened with Black and White and Black 2 and White 2, it gave new heights to Pokemon, and the greater community trashed it; I was there all those years ago.
Secondly, I don't think Scarlet and Violet or Sword and Shield are special in any way, but if they had even more involvement from Nintendo, it wouldn't look anything like BoTW or ToTK, they'd be doing something entirely different (since it'd be a different team, seperate from the Zelda team). Not to mention all the time those two aforementioned games had to prepare, Pokemon only recently realized that they need more time to prepare their experiences.
Finally, I'm tired of the greater community saying this kind of stuff, and I've been hearing it since 2019 (I'd argue we have been saying it since 2011). All Pokemon discourse in my eyes have been utterly mind numbing and useless.
But I digress… I'm sure there isn't much else I can say.
