Why they put Judge in every deck??
I hate that card… I hate card that mess with MY hand… they should focus on building themselves up not messing me up… I hate it

Ok... people include Judge because it offers two crucial functions, draw and disruption... usually when used correctly, it can either help you get better cards or break your opponent's strategy.
That said, the card isn't broken or unbalanced... in fact, it's fine because there is a chance it can harm you or even help your opponent.
So, understand that gusting, disruption, etc. are part of the game and essencial like other mechanics to keep it competitive and prevent it from being a race of who high rolls first... if you don't like it I recommend you to play TCG Pocket instead.
