Which pokemon game should I play?

Difference between Gold and Silver isn't much. Just what Pokemon you can find along with the Box legendary(Gold has Ho-Oh, Silver has Lugia). I cannot recommend DP given it has two Fire types(seriously), hence why Platinum came into existence to fix that with more Fire type options.

Interesting that you'd pick Ultra Sun. Alot of people like the story in the base games more and I'm inclined to agree. I also don't like the forced tutorials. So if I had to pick, it comes down to Gen 3 Ruby or Gen 1 Blue. Of the two I'll go Blue because it has Sandshrew(exclusive) and Vulpix(exclusive) until Yellow came along and permits both. Plus nothing like the OG rival in Blue.

I only chose these option because these are the only ones I haven’t played yet on my 3ds

Ah well choose what you want. Blue was the first taste of Pokemon i got before I got Yellow version. Just be aware that Charizard can't learn Fly(Yellow only) and neither can Dragonite despite both being Flying types. Silver is a solid Gen 2 option due to Vulpix(❤️‍🔥) and Skarmory being exclusives(Phanpy too).
