I don't hate on people that use it
Now, I just read what @clasingla said about and so I have a bit more dislike for AI, but my thing is if they're using it casually or for fun that's fine to me
When you use it to search something up (despite the inaccuracies (I still say UZ would be a better search engine than AI)) that's fine
If you use it to bounce your ideas off it or generate ideas, that's fine
But when you're using it for anything and everything I have an issue
"Make me a code for this"
"Make me a picture of this"
"Write me a long, detailed story about this"
"Hey, could you do this for me"
"Make this, please"
"Find me info on this"
Like, if it's just an occasional, casual thing you do for fun no problem
But when you turn around and use that as something you made and making it sound like your work I have an issue
As someone who knows people that have lost jobs that they have worked for over many years to AI, that also makes me dislike it when it takes the work out of it
I also hate when they use it for a creation (picture, video, story, etc) and produce it, acting like it's no different if they themselves made it
IT'S VERY DIFFERENT
This may be because I'm a writer, but I heavily disagree with using it to produce these things for anything other than casual fun for yourself and/or friends
And Facebook is full of these AI videos and stories
I don't have it, but I hear my dad scrolling through it and it's all AI
I asked him once: "Why do you watch so much AI" and he replied "That's pretty much all that's on here"
Great, it's completely taking over all of our entertainment, and most of it isn't even all that funny!
Anyways, I'm not even sure if I made sense but felt good to rant!
