2-minute End Game Balance

... In what world was it balanced to double the turn in of points while also providing a massive defensive and scoring buff.

Never understood that.

It nearly nullified the entirety of the other 8 minutes. It seems country intuitive to the set up game design.

Anyone else?

    I like it

Really gives you that feeling of "Last chance to turn things around! GO! GO!! GO!!!"

Makes you work extra hard knowing there's a better chance to turn things around, but also that the opponents could use this time to increase their advantage

I have mixed thoughts on this.

The Kyogre stadium, yeah, you lose Kyogre and half your team just gives up. (Ugh. Even though I have been on teams where we pushed back and still won after losing Kyogre).

The Groudon stadium though, lose the main boss or don't even fight over it and you can most definitely still win. Each stadium is slightly different with different buffs at the end.

Hmmmmm, for me, it's about strategy prior to and during the final minutes.

My recommendation though, don't give up. Continue to fight, charge goals, defend yours, and do not immediately surrender if a boss is lost. The worst thing that happens is when a teammate refuses to help once a boss is lost even though there is still a chance. Yes, every trainer counts.

I guess this is my way of dealing with it and surviving since I really don't think they will change the format of the the last two minutes anytime soon. Then again, what do I know, lol? They surprised me with the license point change and number of move/attks sets for new Pokemon too, so who knows?
