Protect is broken

Do you guys think it's a good idea that Protect can be used basically forever? I was just in a match where someone used Protect back-to-back-to-back. How does that make sense? I think Protect needs a nerf.

it can be used as many times as you want but the more you use it the higher that chance it will fail.

In previous Pokémon games, Protect became much less likely to succeed each time it was used consecutively. It doesn't make sense that in Pokémon Champions, it seems to work almost every time, even when used repeatedly.

Please focus on the words "less likely to succeed"

"Less likely" means it still can work just not a for sure

Them doing that fits game logic but was incredible lucky

I think the only real problem with Protect is that every pokemon gets it. It'd be much better of the distribution was more limited and selective. I don't really understand the thought behind this particular choice.

It's actually more nerfed now than it was before. In older games it had half the chance to succeed as the last time, meaning 50%, 25%, 12.5%. Now it's a third, so 33%, 11%, <4%. Though it was all the way back in gen 6 that they nerfed it.
