Why is it so hard to penalize malicious idlers?

Your game has been around for 5 years now. For 5 years we have been begging you to implement stronger controls against malicious teammates who grief their own team in ranked matches. This is not an impossible ask. It doesn’t even have to be implemented in standard matches. We just want some measure of player improvement in ranked matches and you still have not implemented it. This franchise is a joke
