It's numbered 31 in the link, so that implies there were 30 test discussions before it that were deleted, or some random number below thirty with the remaining numbers being normal posts that got deleted.

No, that happened in July 2023. This was in 2022, back when the forums were just for the TCG mobile game. And 30 seems too rounded for it to have happened naturally.
