I think it sounds more like even when it looks like a devil, a blood-red claw, it still hates to see anyone suffer.

This one isn't that sad, but it's Snubble's. It got bullied by other dog Pokemon and they didn't play with it and feels bad about itself.

That's why I keep a Snubble card in my bag so I take it with me wherever I go and it doesn't get lonely.
