I remembered reading it somewhere, so I just looked it up to verify it … they said it was from Scarlet but I think it's on one of my TCG cards too (because that's where I would have read it originally)

Absol. It tried to warn everyone about danger, they ignore and shun it, disaster happens, and they blame the messenger. And Absol doesn't stop trying to warn people. It keeps trying to tell the ignorant people danger is coming, even when so few believe it. Newer entries end on a nicer note though, like the ones that say that the new generation is beginning to accept it, while the older people still shun it and chase it off.
