My reaction was somthing like this:
ANd that sort of stuff

honestly, this is the best decision. the switch was very clearly holding them back, and if it means we can get a much higher quality game, then I'm okay with that.

I like the location, the scenery. Ideally I would go Wind first then play through Waves. Unfortunately for me it will be a long while before I can have a switch2... I don't even have a reg switch.

Additionally here are the specific region stats:
Kanto 5 (8 assuming the evos are in the game)
Johto 4 (7 assuming the evos are in the game)
Hoenn 6 (9 assuming the evos are in the game)
Sinnoh 2 (5 assuming the evos are in the game)
Unova 3/4 (8/10 assuming the evos are in the game)
Kalos 0 (0 assuming the evos are in the game)
Alola 3 (4 assuming the evos are in the game)
Galar 1 (2 assuming the evos are in the game)
Paldea 1 (2 assuming the evos are in the game)
I'm going to assume that the Kalos dex will mostly be left untouched in this game, and that the Sinnoh dex will mostly be a select few favourites, since they both got a lot of spotlight in the Switch generation.
Also, I like how even the split is between the regions. One of my issues with previous games is how Kanto pandering the dex can be, since I don't particularily care for 90% of the dex.
