Why I can’t take Pokémon 30 photo in Pokémon go?

After select a Pokémon, I can’t find the button to take photo and the Pokémon didn’t appear, but it IS the latest version😭

    Launch Pokémon GO, tap the "What’s Your Favorite?" tab, and choose from over 1,000 Pokémon. You can take a picture and share your #Pokemon30 snapshot.

    I tap the tab and choose a Pokémon, but the problem is I can’t find the button to take the picture
