What Franchise would Pokemon fit in the best?
What I mean is if they were dropped right in it’d make perfect sense

This is still a rather vague question. You mean a Game Studio other than what Pokemon has or an existing Franchise(ex: Zelda) where Pokémon would feel right at home? I honestly wouldn't know because I just find that studios are being poorly run right now in search of the almighty $$$ and Pokemon is alas no different given the 3-year timetable(on average) as of late.
As for an existing Franchise… that's also rather tough but I think an MMO would do best in the likes of WoW or Baldur's Gate with the likes of Dungeons and Dragons because Pokémon 5e exists.

I would say if there were pokemon in the sonic universe that would be cool. I dont know how well they would fit in though.

Tails with a Pikachu somehow clicks to me… like something that belonged in a crossover at least…
