Hisuian Electrode V and the mission didnt work

So recently I made a deck with Hisuian Electrode V and I used its atack tantrum blast but it didnt register in the battle pass daily quest use one 1 atack from a grass pokemon. Hisuian Electrode V is a grass type and it used an atack so it should have registered.

Budew PRE 4's Itchy Pollen and Petilil BLK 6's Hide don't complete the quest, either. I believe the quest is actually checking for use of an attack that costs {G}.
