Froslass ability doesn’t activate on dusks

Froslass ability “Freezing shroud” doesn’t activate/give tics on opponents duskclops or dusknoir.

I've played "that match" countless times.... I can tell you 99,99% sure that it isn't a bug, you must read the cards in play carefully or check the logs, you will see you missed something that blocks Froslass ability.
