Ohhhh... That's some deep stuff. Yeah, not sure what they'll allow on here... but I have found that trees can actually help. That may sound weird, but getting outside (even in your own backyard if you have one), taking deep breaths, expelling the negative air from ourselves, breathing in the good air from the trees, just standing in the light or shade, feeling connected to more, the energy and vibes, and taking a moment to find peace can sometimes help us find balance within. Going for walks in nature or just a walk around the block, if it's safe and someone you trust knows where you are, being aware of the birds and how much more there is.... may also help.
