When will free players get licence points maximum and easily other than the battel pass

I have a battle pass (because I like suicune so I splurged as a christmas present to myself)... once you get past level 50, they don't give you additional license points, oh, and you don't receive lp at every level either. I'm basically earning them from my friends' gifts (5 max daily) and the daily mission boxes that are free to all but are not guaranteed to have license points in them. So what do you consider the daily maximum? I'm lucky to walk away with 7 daily if friends remember me (so only 2 received from those boxes). Many days, I only receive or earn, just the 5 from friends.
