Your customer service is terrible
for over a month now, every other game results in a disconnect. This is a known issue with ranked matches but you have not made any announcements, acknowledgements, or fixes. Instead over and over our fair play points are penalized for YOUR error. Moreover your forum moderation team advises everyone to file support requests which don’t DO ANYTHING to fix the problem - which is your system. What kind of a product is this?

We've been fighting here on the Forums for flag removal and after a month and five days we got acknowledged
They still haven't fixed it, though, so we're going to keep the pressure on

Yea the customer support is terrible!! They just dismiss whatever you say an do nothing! I fought with them for months about not recieving my rewards for when i level up. Keep telling me that its a visual bug. Even though i still dont recieve them to this day! Thousands of points!! They do nothing. Its the biggest waste of time.

Look, to the two people who disagreed with this. Yes, removing flags sounds absurd but what is more absurd is the fact the people have mass flagged me unfairly to the point where I have 876 flags none of which I deserve.
