Okay, I'm not sure if this is going to be posted before or after my other thing, but it seems I was correct about two and three, and my internal guess for number one was also correct! I was pretty unsure about it, though, which is why I didn't put it in my other comment, because even though I remembered it as orange, it looked more red when I looked at the sprite.

I'm not sure about number one, but I would like to mention the sheer number of Pokémon that fit all of number two's conditions. Here's a list of all pre-Generation V Fairy-types that can learn Psychic in at least one game:
- Clefairy
- Clefable
- Jigglypuff
- Wigglytuff
- Mr. Mime
- Cleffa
- Igglybuff
- Togepi
- Togetic
- Ralts
- Kirlia
- Gardevoir
- Mime Jr.
- Togekiss
In other words, almost all of them. If I had to guess, though, probably a member of the Ralts line?Side note, I'm writing this before reading any comments.
