So Mega Eelektross' pokedex says

Most electricity that Mega Eelektross generates goes to the false Eelektrik flanking it. That electricity is powerful enough to stun and paralyze Pokémon as massive as Wailord.

When Mega Evolution wears off, the mucus that formed the false Eelektrik melts away and disappears. However, it can be preserved in its jelly-like form through freezing. Some people put this preserved mucus to new use in beauty regimens or strength training, though it’s not clear how much benefit it yields.

Why would people put it in makeup!?!

If you think that's weird, look at Mega Staryu.

Now, here's something interesting—and I'm no expert and a bit of the information at the end was from a quick lookup, so take this with a grain of salt—but there's a kind of fish known as a hagfish, sometimes called a slime eel, that's known for creating large amounts of mucus to escape predators. The hagfish is a jawless fish, similar to the lamprey, which is long and eel-like, as well as having a mouth similar to the Eelektross line, that being a sort of disk with rows of teeth spiraling inward. You should really check it out. Anyway, the hagfish's mucus is actually really useful for humans. There's a little bit of chemistry involved, but in short, the mucus can be turned into strong fibers and it has actually been considered as a potential material for fabric. But you know what else? Apparently, hagfish slime is a hydrogel, and those are often used in products such as moisturizers. So there you have it. This post took me down a bit of a rabbit hole, and here I am, sharing my findings. Thank you for bringing this up!

Its movements have become more humanlike. Whether it’s simply trying to communicate or wants to supplant humanity is unclear.
