Some of the controls are frustrating, and hard to use from an accessibility standpoint point. At the very least give the option to switch the run and crouch buttons

Agreed. And being allowed to turn off autosave would be good too.

Pokémon games have been whittling down and removing options across successive games. And not just for game mechanics like exp. share or set battle.
It's disappointing. Let players customise their game experience.

I have remapped the controller to what feel confratbe to me, but then when I go fight the button are all over the place, let's say that i have inverted A and B. So at the buttom is the move set Bite and on the right is Slash.
You would think of i press the button A it would use Bite but it won't it would use Slash.
Look like the swapping button do not affect the in battle keys
