The stat boost you get from Mega Evolving would give the Fire/Dragon a massive edge over the Charizard that Tera's into a pure Dark Type(while retaining Fire + Flying STAB). Also that moveset for the Tera Charizard is all Special but your EV's are in Attack? Also where is the Dark type move unless you meant that to be Dark Pulse instead of Dragon Pulse(in which case you got nothing Super Effective on the X-Charizard). The Mega Charizard wouldn't even need to Dragon Dance(imo) since it'd probably be able to 2HKO it.
