[Pokémon TCG Live] Maintenance Notice

I am unable to complete the TCG Live download for windows. My download stops at 5%. I've tried two different browsers and uninstalled the game manually and with the previous TCG live installer to no avail. Every time I re-installed or repaired using the previous installer I still am prompted to update. Any idea how I can fix this?

Alternatively, you can visit support.pokemon.com, choose Pokémon TCG Live from the list, and click "Contact Us" on the right side of your screen. From there, you can submit a ticket. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

A few days passed and I tried again.

The direct download file for the installer from the pokemon website no longer froze at 5%.
