The ones from PMD are a little different as teams there are all rescue/expedition/exploration/etc. teams. A team is around three Pokémon, and you can name your own team. It's more like a party without a trainer.

The team Skull from PMD are also antagonists, but they're just three Pokémon instead of a team big enough to take over a town and live in every part of it.
