Could Venusaur win against legendaries in pokemon unite?

I have a Venusaur in pokemon unite and if use the moves petal dance and giga drain it can steal health from players and whenever i play with him I only get KO-ed before i get those moves. So I wanted to know, since I couldn't get the chance,c ould Venusaur win against legendaries in pokemon unite?

I'm very much a Sludge Bomb and Solar Beam user, since I prefer the disruption of the former and the range and damage of the latter. I'd say it all depends on your playstyle whether you can win against the Legendary objectives, or other players using Legendaries of their own.

i use pettal dance and sluge bomb most of the time i switch it with giga drain once in a while
