Code cards not working

I’ve been trying to get rid of all my code cards so I’ve been redeeming a bunch and I just redeemed 30 of them but for some reason I didn’t get any packs. i’ve tried reloading the app, but it still doesn’t work.I haven’t had this happened to me before so I don’t know why it’s doing it.
