Pokémon TCG Live will be offline for maintenance from 16:00 ~ 24:00 (UTC) on November 11, 2025.
The Code Card Redemption Website will also be briefly offline from 16:00 ~ 19:00 during the above maintenance window.

Redeemed packs not added

I redeemed three packs, however when I logged onto game the packs did not appear; went back to redemption website and it says the codes have already been redeemed. Any idea on how I can access these?
