Can't login to tcg live app on phone

    I can't login to my account on TCG live on any of my devices. I tried it on a s22 ultra, s20+, a tablet and PC. What's going on?

    it's a bug that support has not been able to provide any help for. All their suggestions are invalid and imply that it's an error on the player's end. @Mod_Bee could you help flag this up to fix? I haven't been able to login for 13 days already…

    Been having the same issue for months.

    Couldn't get passed the tutorial for over a week before this issue.

    Anyone ever find a fix? Transfered my old ptcgo stuff here and I can't even access it.

    I can't log in either. I just bought a new phone. This is the third phone, and I've also tried PC and two Chromebooks and an iPad and even other people's phones. Nothing works.

    I have an i-phone 13 pro.

    Installed pokermon Go now.

    Created a kids user, unable to log in.

    Created a adult user, unable to log in

    Error message is: unable to log in at this time.

    I can login on bowser.
