Help I can't login

I tried doing this a million times but pokemon TCG Live won't let me sign in. I'm putting in the right username and password but when I press login it resets on the login screen but it doesn't say anything abt the wrong username or password. I tried reaching to support but didn't get very far and am left confused on what to do. Can someone pls help me?
