Hello, @ShadowDex9000. We suggest submitting a ticket to our Support Team so they can take a closer look into the items you didn't receive after redeeming a code. To submit a ticket, please go to support.pokemon.com, select the Pokémon Trading Card Game Live link, and click "Contact Us."
