Rank different between 2 devices with the same account

At some point, i reach a rank in my emulator then i open my the game on my phone ( my account is already connected ) i found myself an old rank, it didn't update.
Besides that, sometimes when i disconnect inside a game in my emulator then i couldn't connect to the game session on my phone.
