Your timer goes down when opponent picking a new pokemon

I have noticed when you knockout an opponents pokemon and they are taking time my clock counts down and not opponents. This is bad for obvious reasons and its worse against single prize decks as gives you even less time overall. Please can this be fixed?

The timer doesn't actually do anything either way so it doesn't really matter much right now at least lol.
