Retreat Bug In TCG Live

I have Latias EX in play. The latias ex also has 2 steel energy attached. It requires 2 colorless energy to retreat. It also has a skill that allows all basic pokemon to retreat at free of cost. None of my opponents cards are affecting my retreats. I cannot retreat snorlax, or latias ex from active even with the two energy attached to the latias. I lost my match when I had the very easy win because of this bug. Am I just missing something? I cant see or think of anything preventing retreating either normally or with latias ex's ability.

Did your opponent have Flutter Mane TEF 078 in the active?

I’ve had this exact same issue today, glad to see I’ve found someone else experiencing this bug. I lost my game due to this. There were no retreat lock moves or trainer cards played. Latias EX’s ability just simply didn’t work.
